“Holding” a Grave

I’ve reviewed our lot books and maps and noticed several graves and other types of interment spaces with a “hold” label. Some of these “holds” go back several years. Our standard policy is that we will hold a space for 30 days with no contract or money down. This 30 day hold is to give you adequate time to look at your finances and make a decision to purchase or pass. After 30 days, you need to come in and complete a contract and make payment. Failure to lock in a space with a signed contract results in the interment space being placed back on our active sales list (unless some other arrangement has been communicated and agreed upon). It is unfair to limit inventory to those looking to purchase by honoring “holds” that are past the 30 day window.

If you “held” a space at our cemetery, even if it was years ago, please contact me to set up a sales appointment. Space is limited and places of interment will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.
